“Real, nasty green-eyed jealousy…”

Why is my wife so damn crazy?

This psychodrama from 1957 has the answer.  Keep in mind that this was produced by an educational publisher.  Educational.

Key points:

  • Women should doubt themselves every step of the way.
  • Women should not audition for plays.
  • Men had to work hard to figure out how to screw caps on tubes without metal.

Running time is 15 minutes so grab a snack, sit back and let the drama educate and enlighten you.

My Nanna was a wife in this era and I can’t imagine her behaving like this. All I saw was a very small and sad woman…..but was that her fault? I wanted to throw my laptop across the room while watching this…’the real trouble is me’?????? I feel ill now…..

This video is amazing! Especially since it was most likely conceived by psychologists of the time – being produced by McGraw Hill. Listen, after watching stuff like this, it’s a miracle that women have any self-esteem at all. Considering all the media spin on how we should be thinking, feeling and appearing. Yikes!

What that girl needs is a Sassy Gay Friend! “What, what’ what are you doing”?!

I just love my own husband sooo much plus he is actually gorgeous for myself. I completely love everything associated with him. The only problem though, is he is friends with too many women and I hate knowing that he has been talking to several girls in place of myself. I hate being jealous. I’m trying to just ignore the jealousy but I can’t. Please help me out. Thanks.
